The hotel's location is unique. It is at the center of Masbat and Magra El Sail directly on the sea only few meters away. The front view is the Red Sea and the Saudi Arabia mountains and the back view is the Sinai mountains. It is near the light house, lagoon and to different facility and activity point at Dahab .

There are three types of rooms comprising of Single, Double, and Triple. All rooms have air conditioning, toilet, mini bar and cable / satellite television. Three rooms have sea view and there are rooms with double bed and with a king bed.

The hotel consists of two stories, a lobby and the rooms floor (15 rooms). The property has see view terrace , a bar and a restaurant. The style of the hotel is simple and comfy.
